Clinical Supervison
As an accredited CCAA and PACFA supervisor, I enjoy engaging with other practitioners to support and enhance their therapeutic practice. I provide individual and group supervision online.
I see supervision as a space where the supervisee’s professional wisdom is grown to benefitthemselves, their clients, and their profession. This is a sacred space, where the unknown emerges into the known, and professional skills are sharpened. It requires a safe connection, honesty and unconditional positive regard, and holding to ethical guidelines.
Supervisory ApproachI form a professional, contracted, collaborative alliance with my supervisees, which embodies authenticity, kindness, relational safety, and honours humanity and diversity. My supervisory approach is founded on deep listening, and personal and systemic reflection.I note the stage my supervisees are at in their career and meet them there and help them expand and grow in their practice. I use effective, research-based process supervision models to provide structure to our work, and to ensure that over time all areas of the supervisee’s practice are addressed.

Supervisory ExperienceSince 2023 I have primarily provided supervision to therapists in private practice and students completing their counselling training. During 2025 I also commenced running group supervision for therapists.
Individual supervision sessions go for 60 minutes and cost $140.
